Dear Brother Wa alaikum us salam wa Rahmatullah e wa Barakatuhu Thanks for your kind comments. I'll appreciate if you
can introduce yourself in detail. As I've conducted comparative study of different sects and
schools of thought, I've found that all of them a product of human effort for
understanding the truth. Man can try his best to understand and follow the
truth but he and his products can never be perfect. Therefore, it is not
possible at all that a particular sect is on the right path in all aspects
and in all issues. On one issue, one sect may be on the right path and on
another issue, other one may be true. Based on my study of sects during last three decades,
I've concluded that one should keep his mind open. He should study all points
of view on a particular issue without any bias or inclination towards a
particular one, compare the arguments of all of them with each other and
select the point of view having the strongest arguments from the Quran, the
Hadith and common sense. It is possible that we find one school of thought
correct on one issue and other school of thought right on another issue.
After reaching at a conclusion, we should keep ourselves open for any change
if we find any mistake at a later stage in our previous effort. It is not correct to term Hanafi, Shafii etc. as sects.
They are mere different schools of thought in the field of Jurisprudence. It
is similar to the schools of thought in area of science, economics and
sociology. We should apply the procedure of comparative study to them in case
of any significant differences. I did not understand the phrase "the one who does
not follow any faith?" If you mean atheists then they could never be on
the right path because they deny the very basic truth of existence of God.
Each object in this universe and its organized position is pronouncing
vehemently that it has a Creator and Sustainer. You can read any book of
science to observe the organization in this universe. Feel free to share if further questions / comments
arise. Remember in your supplications. wassalaam Mubashir |
